RE: COVID-19 Pandemic Response
Together we are experiencing unprecedented times, and the COVID-19 situation is changing rapidly every day. As we navigate these uncharted waters as a global community, the health of our employees and their families, our clients and our neighbors is our #1 priority. On behalf of everyone at Mt. Diablo Trust, I want you to know that first and foremost, we are thinking of you and your families' well-being. Taking care of yourselves, and each other, is what is most important right now.
As we observe the Governor’s state-wide “shelter at home” order, we continue to monitor CDC, WHO and state and local public health department websites on the status and information on the ever-evolving status of the COVID-19 coronavirus.
Effective Monday, April 6th, 2020, Mt Diablo Trust’s office located at 1220 Melody Lane, #120 in Roseville will be on revised work hours with minimal office staffing until further notice as Jacqueline and staff members will be working remotely.
Although we have reduced our office staffing and office hours during these hard times, our phones will be answered with our regular business hour schedule Mon-Fri 9:00 – 5:00 pm and we will remain open for business to help you our clients whenever possible.
To help protect our clients and our employees we are making initial phone appointments and client interviews in help to prepare any documents you need. Depending on your situation we are making home appointments for necessary signings and are taking all the precautionary safety practices using masks, gloves and sanitizer for all signing instruments.
The health and wellbeing of our staff, their families, our clients and our community continue to be our highest priority. We will get through this together. We will continue to update our webpage as soon as any new information becomes available.
