General Power of Attorney - Commonly referred to as a Financial Power of Attorney is an inexpensive and reliable way to arrange for your Agent to manage your finances should you become incapacitated and can no longer make decisions for yourself. If you have not prepared this Power of Attorney, a court proceeding is likely to be inescapable which can be expensive and time consuming, delaying the necessary financial decisions needing to be made.
Advanced Healthcare Directive - An Advanced Health Care Directive allows you to appoint an agent to have Power of Attorney to make healthcare and treatment decisions on your behalf. It also enables you to give instructions about your healthcare wishes.
Title Transfers – Transferring assets such as real property, bank accounts, 401k’s and IRA’s to a Livling Trust require retitling. Grant Deeds and letters of instructions are the documents to accomplish retitling. This is very important in estate planning.
Notary Public – Many of the documents in an Estate Planning Portfolio must have a notary acknowledgment to be valid. This is one of the many services we offer.
Final Wishes – Preparing a list of your Final Wishes can be a blessing to those who are left behind. It becomes part of your Estate Planning Portfolio.
Annual Follow-up Review – Should you choose this Service, we will set you up with an Annual Follow-up Review of your Trust documents to see if there any updates you may need or wish to make.
